I have spent the last 5 years working with an incredible company that led me on a path of Observability. I worked with developers, service desk personnel and incident response engineers to help maintain the uptime and reliability of a major media client's web presence.
Over the course of 5 years I worked my way from Service Desk/System Administrator to Team Lead of the Observability and Performance team. I've worked with stakeholders and developers to understand the key functions of high traffic systems and worked with teams of individual contributors to monitor, support, and troubleshoot the client-facing incidents.

In the past I've created websites for local musicians in html / php. I've also done several projects in C#, Java, Ruby, Go and Bash
